Our client requires a Business Analyst with experience of in either: Retail, Distribution or CRM applications. Additionally the Business Analyst must have

Strong business orientation with the ability to write to functional spec level.

Ideally you should have a background in customer service and sales business process experience within a structured object oriented design environment

The position of Business Analyst will entail travelling to client sites and therefore you should be prepared to travel and have good client facing skills.
