Our leading consultancy client requires a SAP HR Payroll Consultants to provide SAP R/3 HR expertise to customers. This customer facing role involves full life cycle project implementations. The customer team will need skills transfer and gentle guidance along the implementation plan. Because it is customer facing, the job involves travel to customer sites and working based at those sites.

The Sap HR Consultant will need t o understand and implement agreed project deliverables, communicate progress and other issues; t o produce the assigned deliverables and to test them, ensuring that they meet customer requirements; liaise with and understand client requirements, and to ensure delivery within the scope of the project brief.. Additionall y candidates for Sap HR Consultant must upgrade their professional knowledge and skill, and maintain awareness of functional developments, procedures and standards, which are relevant to the HR community.

Also the SAP HR Consultant should have e xperience of implementing SAP R/3 HR in at least one full project life cycle Project role as either consultant or end-user.
Comprehensive understanding of business procedures. Excellent communication skills a t all levels in an organisation.

SAP HR academy training .
SAP HR certification desirable.
